This integration allows you to auto-track the return shipments, and your customers to request returns on the tracking page, delivering a superior post-purchase experience.
Here is the instruction
Auto-track the return shipments
Step 1
Go to ParcelPanel Tracking admin → Integration → API Key section → copy your API key
Step 2
Go to ParcelPanel Returns admin → Integration → find Parcel Panel Order Tracking app → click the Connect button → paste the API key to connect
That’s it — from now on, the ParcelPanel Tracking app will auto-track your return shipments.
Filter and view the shipment status in the Return management tab
Check the tracking details in the Return details page
Request returns on the tracking page
Go to ParcelPanel Tracking admin → Tracking page → Appearance → Post-purchase hub section → tick the ParcelPanel Returns option
That’s it — your customers can now request returns or exchanges on the tracking page.
Note:
- If customers track orders using the order number + email/phone number, the request return flow will skip the return page login and go directly to the item selection step.
- If customers track orders using the tracking number, the request return flow will redirect them to the guest return page to ensure higher privacy and security.
