Here is the instruction

Step 1

Go to ParcelPanel Tracking admin → Integration → API Key section → copy your API key

Step 2

Go to ParcelPanel Returns admin → Integration → find Parcel Panel Order Tracking app → click the Connect button → paste the API key to connect

That's it, from now ParcelPanel Tracking app will auto-track your return shipments.

Filter and view the shipment status in your Return management tab

Check the tracking details in your Return details page
