How to integrate with Shopify Flow?

This integration allows users to customize workflows based on ParcelPanel shipment status update.

Note: Shopify Flow is only available to merchants on the Shopify, Advanced, or Shopify Plus plan.

Here is the instruction

Step 1
Go to Shopify Flow admin → click Creat workflow button

For example: I want to creat an automation, once my orders were delivered, add a "Delivered" tag to them.

Step 2
Click Select a trigger button to start your workflow → locate to ParcelPanel section → click Shipment status update

Step 3
Click Add condition button → configure the conditions on the right side

Note:
① If you want to select all the shipping status, you can directly select "shipment status".

② If you want to select one of the statuses, you need to manually enter the following status: Info received, In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered, Exception, Failed attempt, Expired.

Step 4
Click Add action button → configure the actions to do next on the right side

Step 5
Turn on workflow

In this case, once your orders are udpated to Delivered status based on ParcelPanel tracking system, a "Delivered" tag will be automatically added to them.
