This integration allows you to collect and showcase product reviews throughout the post-purchase experience: it sends review request emails automatically when a shipment is marked Delivered in ParcelWILL, displays star ratings for the recommended products on your tracking page, and lets customers write a review there as soon as the shipment is delivered.
Here is the instruction
Send review request emails
Step 1
Go to ParcelWILL Tracking admin → Settings → General → enable the Send shipping tracking events to Shopify feature

Note:
- ParcelWILL only updates the shipment status in Shopify, not handling any review requests directly. Then, review apps can detect delivered orders through the Shopify API and use this as a trigger to send review requests.
- The content of review requests, whether by email, SMS, or other means, is still edited within the review apps. If you have any questions about this, please directly contact their support team for assistance.
Step 2
Go to TrustWILL Reviews admin → Collect reviews → Email request → Email review requests → select After Delivered → set the timing based on your needs → save changes

Show review ratings and collect reviews on the tracking page
Go to ParcelWILL Tracking admin → Tracking page → Appearance → Post-purchase hub section → tick the TrustWILL Reviews option

That’s it — your recommended products can now display TrustWILL star ratings.

And your customers can write a review once the shipment is delivered.


Note:
- If customers track orders using the order number + email/phone number, that email or phone number is automatically filled in on the review form. If using the tracking number, nothing is pre-filled for higher privacy and security.
- Even with this option turned on, whether the review is ultimately shown — and how it's styled — is still controlled by TrustWILL Reviews.
