Leverage ParcelWILL’s robust logistics triggers—including shipment status updates and delivery exceptions—within Shopify Flow to automate custom back-end tasks and internal workflows that streamline your post-purchase operations.
Here is the instruction
Step 1
Go to Shopify Flow admin → Create workflow → Select a trigger → find ParcelWILL (formerly ParcelPanel)



Step 2
Select a specific trigger → configure the conditions based on your needs
ParcelWILL provides a range of triggers for different use cases. Be sure to review the ParcelWILL Events and Triggers Overview help article for more details.

Note: Conditions are case-insensitive.
Example 1: I want to create a flow that automatically adds an order tag when a shipment is delivered.
In this case, select the Shipment status update event and set the condition to shipment status equals Delivered.

Example 2: I want to create a flow that automatically sends an internal reminder email when a shipment has been stalled for more than 5 days, regardless of its shipment status.
In this case, select the Shipment stalled event and configure the conditions in the ParcelWILL admin as shown below. No conditions are required in Shopify Flow.


Step 3
Configure the Action based on your needs → turn on the workflow
