This integration allows users to create personalized campaigns & flows based on shipment status updates from ParcelPanel.

Here is the instruction

Step 1

Go to ParcelPanel admin → Settings → enable the Send shipping tracking events to Shopify feature

ParcelPanel updates the shipment status in Shopify, which Postscript can detect through the Shopify API and use as triggers.

Step 2

Go to Postscript admin → Messaging → Automations → click the Create Automation Flow from the dropdown menu → Create a new automation → Create flow

Step 3

Configure the Trigger by your needs.

ParcelPanel can trigger these 3 events: Order Delivered, Order In Transit, and Order Out For Delivery.
