How to integrate with Customer Accounts Hub?

This integration allows customers to easily track their orders in their accounts, reducing WISMO tickets and providing the best post-purchase experience.


Here is the instruction

Step 1

Go to Customer Accounts Hub adminIntegrationsLogistic → find ParcelPanel


Step 2

Click the Toggle On button → enable this feature → save changes


Step 3

Go to the Customize tab → Build your Account Menu → click the App Integration button to add ParcelPanel → save changes


That's all. Now your customers can easily track their orders in their accounts.
