The integration allows you to send Areviews review request emails once the shipment status is updated to Delivered in ParcelPanel.

Here is the instruction

Step 1

Go to ParcelPanel admin → Settings → enable the Send shipping tracking events to Shopify feature

Note: You can choose to enable Trigger Shopify’s native Out for delivery & Delivered notifications feature based on your needs.

• We recommend the ParcelPanel Shipping notifications for its enhanced features. In this case, avoid enabling this to prevent duplicate notifications.
• If you enable it, make sure the notifications are also active in Shopify Settings.

Step 2

Go to Areviews admin → Reviews → Import Reviews → Email Requests → find Message Schedule Settings → select Delivery - ParcelPanel from the dropdown menu → save your changes
