The integration allows you to send Areviews review request emails once the shipment status is updated to Delivered in ParcelPanel.
Here is the instruction
Step 1
Go to ParcelPanel admin → Settings → enable the Send shipping tracking events to Shopify feature
Note: enabling this feature also means that when the shipment status is updated to Out for delivery and Delivered in ParcelPanel, the two native Shopify email notifications shown in the image below will be triggered as well. If you do not wish to trigger them, you can uncheck the boxes.
Step 2
Go to Areviews admin → Reviews → Import Reviews → Email Requests → find Message Schedule Settings → select Delivery - ParcelPanel from the dropdown menu → save your changes
