Introduction
Three types of tracking widgets

Type 1: Tracking - Order actions
After this tracking widget is added, a Track order button will appear in the order action area on both the Orders page and the Order status page.

Type 2: Tracking - Fulfillment status
After this tracking widget is added, a Track order button will appear in the Fulfillment status section on the Order status page.

Note: By default, the Shop app tracking entry is also displayed in this area. To avoid duplicate tracking options, you can disable it in the Shopify admin → Settings → Checkout → uncheck the option

Type 3: Tracking - Standalone widget
After this tracking widget is added, a standalone tracking section will appear on the Order status page, and you can drag it to adjust its position.

Two types of tracking page redirects

Type 1: Tracking page embedded in the customer account
When this tracking page redirect is selected, customers will be taken directly to the tracking page embedded in their customer account when tracking an order, without leaving their account.

Note: Shopify currently imposes strict limitations on how much third-party developers can customize customer accounts. As a result, some features that work on the default tracking page may not be available on the embedded tracking page. This is a technical limitation, and we will continue to monitor and improve support as Shopify expands these capabilities.
Type 2: Default tracking page
When this tracking page redirect is selected, customers will be directed to the default tracking page when tracking an order.

Setup guide
Step 1
Go to ParcelPanel admin → Settings → General → Built for customer accounts → click the Add widget button

Step 2
Based on your needs, select one or more tracking widgets to add in the Shopify checkout configurations.

Step 3 (optional)
If you want to use the tracking page embedded in the customer account instead of the default tracking page, you need to add an additional app block named Tracking page – Embedded.
