Add a tracking widget to the order status page

ParcelPanel can add a tracking widget to the order status page, allowing customers to easily track their orders even before fulfillment, ensuring the best post-purchase experience.


Shopify currently supports both the new and old order status pages, and so does ParcelPanel, depending on whether you have published the new version in Shopify admin - Settings - Checkout. Note that the old version may be deprecated in the future.


Here is the instruction


New order status page

Step 1

Go to ParcelPanel adminSettingsTailored for ShopifyAdd tracking widget to order status page → click the Add widget button


Step 2

Select the Order status page → choose Sections in the left sidebar,  → click the Add app block button at the bottom left


Step 3

Find ParcelPanel's Tracking widget in app blocks → drag it to your desired location → save changes



Old order status page

Go to ParcelPanel adminSettingsTailored for ShopifyAdd tracking widget to order status page → switch the toggle to On to enable this feature
