This integration allows your customers to track their orders in your live chat widget by simply entering their order number and email, or just the tracking number, instead of asking your support team "Where is my order?".
Your support team can also check order status from your Willdesk Inbox, so they can easily handle customers' questions without clicking elsewhere for shipping details, a much more efficient and better post-purchase service.
Here is the instruction
Go to Willdesk admin → Setting → Live Chat - Widget settings → enable the order track feature
Note: Both Willdesk and ParcelPanel need to be installed in your store, and then the Willdesk system will automatically retrieve tracking details from ParcelPanel's tracking system.
