How to set up an estimated delivery time on the tracking page?

Every customer wants to know when they can receive their orders, now ParcelPanel can help you.

Step 1
Go to ParcelPanel admin → Tracking page tab → "Estimated delivery time"

Step 2
Enable this feature → choose calculate from the order created time or the order fulfilled time → Drag the scroll bar to change the time frame by your needs → Save your changes

Note: sometimes ParcelPanel can fetch the estimated delivery time from the courier's official websites if they provide that. In this case the system will automatically display it on your store tracking page if you enabled this feature, which may cause some difference from your settings here.

Advanced setting based on destinations

Check Advanced setting based on destinations feature → select a country and drag the scroll bar to change the time frame by your needs → Save your changes
