Why does this happen?
Typically, this can happen for the following reasons:
1. You haven't added a tracking number to the order.
2. You added a tracking number but did not correctly select (match) the courier.
Note: If you're unsure of the courier you're using, you can leave it blank, and our intelligent system will automatically match it for you.
3. Your courier has not provided any updates yet.
What should I do?

2. Ensure that the selected or identified courier is correct.
3. Verify if the courier’s website has updated the relevant shipping details.
