How does ParcelPanel work in WooCommerce?

Hi everyone, in this video, we'll introduce how to get started with ParcelPanel Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce.

1. How do we sync and track your orders?

ParcelPanel syncs your order data from the Orders section of your WooCommerce admin.

The default sync time lasts 30 days, you can also change the sync time in ParcelPanel admin.
For new users, we have a special offer which can free sync & track your last-30-day orders.

Once an order is placed, it will be synced automatically to ParcelPanel Shipments tab without tracking number.

After you add a tracking number and choose the correct courier manually, the tracking number will be synced to ParcelPanel accordingly.

Then our smart system will automatically fetch the tracking details from the courier official website.

2. How to add a tracking number manually?

ParcelPanel Provides two ways to add tracking numbers manually.

a. ParcelPanel add tracking number Widget

Navigate to your WooCommerce adminOrdersEdit orderParcelPanel add tracking number widget

In the Edit order page, you can add tracking numbers one by one.

After you add tracking numbers, it will sync to ParcelPanel Shipments tab.

b. Import tracking number in bulk

You can easily find this feature in the ParcelPanel Home tab, choose a local CSV file and use field mapping to import multiple tracking numbers in bulk.

Additionally, how to get the tracking number, it's not about ParcelPanel. As we know, some merchants fulfilled orders via the 3rd party fulfillment service, some use dropshipping apps, some fulfilled by themselves etc.
To know the tracking number of your order, we kindly suggest you asking suppliers or carriers support directly for some help.

3. How do we fetch the tracking details?

ParcelPanel can fetch the tracking details from supported carriers, and now we support 1,100+ couriers worldwide, you can check the list here: https://www.parcelpanel.com/couriers
