Why are my orders on pending status?

Sometimes when you check your order status, it was shown on Pending status.

e.g. Shipments tab of ParcelPanel admin

Why that?
This is because you haven't added tracking numbers to your orders as the picture shows below


What should I do?
All your orders data is from the "Orders" section of your WooCommerce admin , including Order number, Tracking number, etc,.

So you only need to add tracking numbers to your orders in your WooCommerce admin, then ParcelPanel will automatically sync and track them for you.

Now your customers can track orders well on your tracking page

Sometimes, even if you have already added correct tracking numbers, there is no tracking info was shown.
In this case, there probably be something wrong about the courier matching, please confirm if you have selected the correct couriers.
