How does Parcel Panel work? #### 1. How do we sync and track your orders? Parcel Panel syncs your order data from Orders section of your Shopify admin via Shopify API.  By default the sync time is last 30 days, you can also change the sync time at the Orders tab. For newcomers, we have a special offer to free sync & track your last-30-day orders. Once an order is placed it will be synced to our Orders panel but under order with no tracking number added.  After it's marked as fulfilled and has a tracking number provided by a courier, it will be synced to our system accordingly. Then our Smart Courier Matching system will automatically detect the correct couriers and track this order, and this order can be tracked on the tracking page with detailed tracking information.:thumbsup:  Normally our users use dropshipping Apps, or third-party mass-fulfill Apps to automatically fulfill orders and add tracking numbers to Shopify. Parcel Panel is only for tracking. We do not handle to fulfill orders. #### 2. How do we fetch the tracking info? Parcel Panel only tracks orders from supported carriers. Please check out our list here: https://my-test.parcelpanel.com/couriers. If you want to add a new courier, please don't hesitate to contact our support for help:blush: Parcel Panel fetches tracking info from various official courier website. So we update tracking info and order status only when they're provided by the courier website. We understand how important it is for you to get a timely update for your parcels.
