Why are my orders on black Pending status? This is because you haven't added tracking number to your orders as the picture shows below**  **What should I do?** All your orders' data is from the **"Orders" section of Shopify admin** via Shopify API like **Order number**, **Tracking number, etc,.**  After you add tracking number to your orders here manually or via third-party fulfill Apps, the system will automatically sync them to ParcelPanel and track them. **Let me show you an example, the order #1114** **Before adding a tracking number**   **Then adding a tracking number to this order in the "Orders" section of Shopify admin**  **After adding a tracking number, it works well as the pictures show below.**   Additionally, another issue is that no tracking info was shown even though you add the correct tracking number to your orders and you are sure that there should be some tracking info.
