In some cases, there are some custom status that you'd like to add to your shipping process, ParcelPanel has got you covered.
Add custom order status
You can add custom status to timely inform your customers about the progress of their orders before fulfilled.
e.g. The order #1234 was placed on Oct 30 and needs some days to produce, so we can add a custom status before fulfilling it to let customers know the progress of this order.
Step 1
Go to ParcelPanel admin → Tracking Page tab → Custom order status section → click the Add custom status button.
Step 2
Fill in the Status, Tracking info, Days, then click the Confirm button.
Step 3
Save your changes.

Manually update order status
Usually, you don't need to do this, because ParcelPanel will automatically track and update your order status. If you want to, here is the instruction.
Step 1
Navigate to ParcelPanel admin → Shipments tab → select the orders you want to manually change the order status→ click Manually update status button
Step 2
Disable Automatic shipment status update → check the shipment status you want to change → set up the date and time by your needs → Save your changes

Note: if you manually changed the shipment status, then our tracking system won't automatically update it. If you want automatically update, please re-enable the Automatic shipment status update again.
