Program Overview

By enrolling in the ParcelWILL Protection Fee Waiver Program, you can offset up to 100% of your monthly Tracking subscription fee with Shopify app credits earned from protected orders. Final issued credits are based on qualifying paid premiums and are capped at your highest Tracking subscription fee from the previous calendar month. See the full Terms & Details below.

Eligibility & Participation

To participate and receive credits, you must:

  • Keep the ParcelWILL app installed and the Protection feature actively enabled on your store.

  • Explicitly opt into the Fee Waiver Program.

  • Maintain an active store status.
    • If your store is frozen, closed, or the ParcelWILL app is uninstalled at the time of credit issuance, you will not receive the pending credits.

How to Participate?

To join the program, your store must be eligible to use the Protection feature, also known as Worry-Free Delivery. Enrollment options are visible only to eligible stores. If your store does not meet the requirements, these entry points will not appear.

If your store qualifies, follow these steps to enroll:

  1. Locate the Fee Waiver Program card on the ParcelWILL Protection page, or click the Waive your subscription fee with ParcelWILL Protection banner in the Tracking app.
  2. Click Join now.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to enable Protection, or click Activate waiver if Protection is already enabled.


Once you have successfully enrolled, the status on the Fee Waiver Program card will update to Active.

How Credits Are Calculated?

Final credits are issued in USD based on the premium bills you successfully paid in the previous calendar month.

  • Calculation Basis: Final credits are calculated as a portion of the total protection premium paid during the previous calendar month.
  • Paid Premiums Only: Credits are calculated based on the payment date, not the order or policy creation date.
    • For example, if a premium is billed on January 31 but paid on February 21, the related credit will be counted toward February.
  • Maximum Cap: The total credit issued in a single month is capped at the highest ParcelWILL Tracking subscription fee you had during that previous calendar month. Any calculated amount exceeding this cap does not roll over to future months and is permanently forfeited.
  • Minimum Threshold: If your calculated credit for the month is below $0.01 USD, it will not be issued.

Issuance Date

Credits are evaluated and issued on the 5th of each month (UTC+0 02:00).

Where to View Your Credits?

Issued credits are applied directly to your Shopify account. You can track them in two places:

  • Shopify Admin: Go to your Billing section to check your applied balance. You will also receive an email from Shopify.

  • ParcelWILL Protection page: Click View credit history on the Protection page to see your pending amounts and complete issuance records.

Credit Format

Credits issued under this program are provided exclusively as Shopify app credits. Please note that these credits:

  • Are not cash and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Are strictly non-transferable.
  • Are applied directly to your Shopify billing account and can be used toward future eligible app charges (not limited to ParcelWILL) in accordance with Shopify’s billing policies.

Estimated Amounts

Any credit amount displayed in the app before the final monthly settlement is an estimate for your reference only. The final issued amount may differ from this estimate due to several factors, including:

  • Timing of your premium payments.
  • Billing adjustments.
  • Changes in your store's eligibility status.

Opting Out & Loss of Eligibility

You may choose to opt out of the program at any time. However, if you opt out of the program or if your store is not in good standing (such as the app being uninstalled) at the time of issuance, all pending credits will not be issued and will be permanently forfeited. Forfeited credits cannot be recovered even if you rejoin the program later.

Changes and Corrections

ParcelWILL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time.

We also retain the right to review account activity, correct calculation errors, and withhold or reverse credits in cases involving fraud, manipulation, abuse, or policy violations.

Definitions

For the purpose of this program:

  • Protection: The shipping protection service offered within the ParcelWILL app.
  • Tracking Subscription Charge: Monthly Subscription charge  for the ParcelWILL Tracking app.
  • Shopify App Credits: Credits issued directly to your Shopify billing account, applicable toward future app charges under Shopify’s rules.
