What does "quota" mean?
✅ 1 order = 1 quota. ParcelPanel syncs & tracks 1 order for you, it consumes 1 quota.
✅ Order lookups do not consume quota, which means your customers have unlimited lookups.
✅ If an order contains multiple shipments, it still only consumes one quota.
Can I change my plan in the middle of the billing cycle?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time based on your needs. Changing your plan follows the rules:
✅ Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately, and the subscription charge is prorated based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle. Learn more.
✅ Downgrading your plan will take effect after your current plan ends.
How can I change the spending limit for usage charges?
The spending limit for usage charges in each plan defaults to the subscription price of that plan. For example, with a $49 plan, the spending limit for usage charges is also $49. This implies that after you use up the current plan's quota, we will charge you based on the additional usage, with a maximum additional charge of $49. The maximum additional quota is calculated as $49 / $0.05, resulting in 980.
Usage charges do not apply to the Free plan. You can change the spending limit for usage charges after selecting a paid monthly plan. Please follow this article for guidance.
How about the free trial?
All paid plans share the same free trial period. During the period, there are no charges and no quota consumption. Enjoy it ?
