Why is the line and borders of my tracking page missing? How to fix it?

To make sure that your tracking page is user-friendly and fit your store style, usually, the design and layout of your tracking page will follow the settings of your theme as the default.

Sometimes, the borders might disappear.

If this occurs or you want to make changes, you can refer to the following instructions to change the color of the border.

1. Log in your Shopify Store

2. Find :large_blue_circle:Themes & Click :large_blue_circle:Customize

Go to :large_blue_circle:SALES CHANNELS :large_blue_circle:Online Store :large_blue_circle:Themes

3. Find :large_blue_circle:Colors

  • Select the tracking page
  • Theme Settings Colors

4. Find :large_blue_circle:form fields :large_blue_circle:Borders

5. Change its color and save it
